Love that you’re here and considering working together to meet your beauty needs. I’m Rachel - I’ve been doing makeup since middle school and became licensed as a NYS Esthetician in 2023. My location is wherever you need me to be - I offer an In Studio option (you come to me) and a Travel Service option (I come to you) which enables me to provide services “On Location” whether that be your home, office, event location etc. Please make sure to read the service descriptions to make sure the service is right for your desired outcome and realistic maintenance required to preserve quality of the enhancement (ex. bi-weekly fills for Lash Extensions, no showering 24-48 hours after Lash Lift, Brow Lamination etc., Conditioning Brow/Lash Hair when regularly Laminating Brows & Lashes, etc.) Not all services will be a proper fit for everyone so please please email, text or call with questions. CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For Cancellations more than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, Rachel DeVinney Beauty Artistry has a 0% cancellation fee. For Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, Rachel DeVinney Beauty Artistry has a 100% cancellation fee. If scheduled appointment is Rescheduled at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee is waived.
